I had a mixed experience at this resort. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, the overall comfort was affected by a lingering cigarette smell and inadequate air conditioning. The service was genuinely fantastic, treating us with such thoughtfulness. While I enjoyed the lovely scenery, the inconvenient location made getting around a bit tricky.

Rooms

The room had exquisite views, but it smelled like smoke and was uncomfortably hot both day and night.

The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, making our stay memorable with their thoughtful hospitality.
Location

The resort is nestled in a wadi with vibrant plant life, creating a picturesque setting, but getting around was a bit inconvenient.
Dining

The dining options were limited and could use some improvement, but I did enjoy breakfast while surrounded by colorful birds.
Facilities

The pool area was nice, yet I wish there were more amenities to enhance the overall experience.

7.4/10

The hotel offers a spacious and comfortable stay with breathtaking mountain views, which made for an unforgettable sunset experience. However, I was disappointed that the towels weren’t provided upon arrival, and the overall condition of the hotel seemed to lack the expected standards of a five-star experience.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a fantastic view over the mountains. Unfortunately, we had no towels when we arrived, which was a bit of a letdown.
Service
8.0
The staff was genuinely kind and professional, especially Ameed Abbasi, the front office manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. While they tried to address an issue with our room's smell using a sprayer, it left the room with a strong chemical odor.
Location
6.0
The location was breathtaking, offering stunning views, but I found it a bit too isolated. There were no nearby shops for basic essentials, and the route to the waterfall was closed, which was disappointing.
Dining
9.0
Dining at the hotel was a nice experience with a stunning view of the hot springs. The selection of fruit and dishes for breakfast was among the best I had in Jordan.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. It’s clear that a bit more upkeep could enhance the overall appeal.

I had a good time at this resort spa, which provided a clean and spacious room, though I wished for a few more amenities. The dining experience was truly exceptional, with a fantastic breakfast that offered stunning views. However, the service left something to be desired, with a few moments of unprofessionalism. The location, while unique, did miss the mark without easy access to a nearby shop for essentials.

Rooms
7.0
The room was both clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. However, there were no towels or enough shampoo provided, which was a bit disappointing.
Service
5.0
While some staff were polite and tried to be helpful, there were instances of unprofessionalism, such as knocking on the door late at night without a clear reason.
Location
6.0
The resort is set in a unique location that's quite impressive, and it worked well for accessing the dead sea, but having a shop nearby for basic essentials would have greatly improved the experience.
Dining
9.0
The dining was absolutely excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a beautiful view and had the best selection of fruit and dishes I've had in Jordan.
Facilities
8.0
The resort had various amenities, including a beautiful pool area, but it lacked some basic offerings in terms of room supplies.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is truly unique, nestled in the desert, which lent a special charm to my visit. However, the rooms need a lot of attention, as maintenance issues took away from the overall comfort. The service provided by the staff was kind, though there were moments when they felt a bit pushy. Dining was a highlight, offering great views and a variety of dishes, but the prices were quite steep. Overall, while my experience had some nice touches, it left room for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The extra bedroom for the kids was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the room itself wasn’t well maintained. I encountered a broken toilet seat and a non-working safe, and even the trash bin hadn’t been emptied. It definitely could have been cleaner.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally kind and eager to assist, though there were moments of arrogance when I requested a la carte instead of the buffet. Their enthusiasm for serving guests was noticeable, but it felt a bit overbearing at times.
Location
8.0
Being in an oasis in the middle of the desert was fantastic. I loved being able to explore the hot springs nearby, although the remoteness meant that basic shops for essentials were missing.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was pleasant, with a great selection of dishes and breathtaking views from the terrace. However, the prices felt quite high for the quality provided, which was surprising given the overall setting.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities offered were decent, and I appreciated the pool area. However, more attention could be given to maintenance and cleanliness throughout the resort to enhance the guest experience.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, enjoying the stunning views of nature all around me. The room was spacious and quiet, making it a comfortable retreat. The staff were incredibly attentive and treated me like family, especially during breakfast where they accommodated my dietary requests. However, I noticed a bit of dust in the room, which could be improved. Overall, it felt like a good value for the experience offered.
